• The Heavy Hauler Line: We are doubling down on our Heavy Hauler long blocks, specifically for the 5th Gen platform. These are designed for the person who needs a truck to work all day, but wants the peace of mind that comes from D&J’s precision machining.

• Turn-Key Efficiency: New setups are coming that focus on better thermal management and fuel efficiency without giving up the torque that these trucks are known for.

2. Advanced Cylinder Head Innovations

Our cylinder heads have always been one of our most popular products, and for 2026, we’ve refined our manufacturing process even further.

• Valve Seat Security: We’ve addressed the common factory issue concerning loosening valve seats with our proprietary machining techniques.

• Stage 1 & Stage 2 Performance: Expect updated porting designs in our Stage 1 and Stage 2 heads that provide better airflow for mid range boost levels, making them the perfect drop in upgrade for street performance.

3. Billet Aluminum Components & Custom Branding

Precision isn't just a part of our name, it’s our entire philosophy. In 2026, our catalog of billet aluminum parts is growing.

• Visual & Functional: From new valve covers to high flow intake manifolds, we are offering more ways to customize the look of your engine bay while improving structural integrity.

• Custom Branding: We are expanding our "Custom Branding" services, allowing customers and shops to get personalized touches on their engine components, truly making each build unique. 

4. Expanding Our Engine Lineup

While we love our daily drivers, our heart beats for the high horsepower monsters.

• The Enforcer & Executioner Series: We are pushing the limits of our Enforcer and Executioner engine packages. Improvements in block reinforcement and rotating assembly balancing mean these engines will be more durable than ever with over 1,500 horsepower.

• More Ready Run Packages: We know you want to get back on the road or the track as fast as possible. We are increasing our inventory of complete engine packages to reduce lead times in 2026.
