Innovative Engine Design for Unmatched Performance

The Executioner, a marvel of engineering, was born from the collaboration between D&J and the group at Firepunk Diesel. Addressing the limitations of factory Cummins engines, the team conceptualized a cylinder block from scratch. This new design, built to accommodate factory and custom-machined billet crankshafts, leverages Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to craft a robust billet aluminum block. Enhanced with steel for the bed plate and reinforced at critical points, the engine’s design ensures optimal functionality under high-performance conditions, offering racers an incredible one million pounds of clamping force.

Cutting Edge Components for Maximum Durability and Power

The Executioner, a 408 CID demonstration powerhouse, showcases our commitment to excellence. Its bed plate, Winberg crankshaft, and X-Beam connecting rods are crafted in-house, ensuring quality and strength. The innovative Forged Steel Ring Land pistons, developed after years of refinement, are uniquely designed to withstand the extreme pressures of high-performance diesel engines.

Advanced Technology for Peak Racing Efficiency

The Executioner features a billet roller camshaft, enhancing durability and performance. The engine’s cylinder head sealing employs aerospace-inspired technology, eliminating the need for gaskets and ensuring reliability under racing conditions. The 24-valve aluminum cylinder head, secured with custom ARP studs, represents the pinnacle of lightweight, high-flow design, capable of handling up to 200 psi of boost pressure.

Exclusive Features for Competitive Edge

The engine’s unique exhaust port design, now patent-pending, optimizes flow, essential for maximum performance. An all-new exhaust manifold, designed specifically for the 12-port cylinder head, and a billet timing gear housing add to the engine’s innovative features. Every component, from oil pan to valve cover, is meticulously designed and manufactured in the USA, underscoring our commitment to performance and durability.

Backed by Industry Experts

The Executioner’s development included collaborations with industry experts, ensuring every aspect of the engine was tested and optimized. Partners like Exergy Performance and Fluidampr contributed significantly, with a focus on fuel system efficiency and engine harmonics. The engine’s testing phase concluded with impressive results – over 3,200 horsepower and 3,300 lb-ft of torque.
