We ship UPS Ground and LTL freight.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT LEAD TIMES?
In stock items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Current lead time for D&J Precision Machine engines to ship is 4-5 weeks from your date of order.

Some products from other brands are currently experiencing long lead times. Please call or email for current availability and more detailed lead times.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes, We ship to Canada please contact us at info@djprecisionmachine.com or 740-297-7223 for pricing. D&J Precision Machine is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees related to the product crossing international borders.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?

WHAT COULD CAUSE A SHIPPING DELAY?
Holidays, weather, events, out of stock items, sales, or UPS shipping facility delays can create a backup.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Fill out this brief form and an authorization number will be generated and emailed to you.

Once you receive an order, you have 10 days to inspect the product for any damage or any ‘missing’ components. After 10 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged components and shipping. We offer a 30 day Return Policy on product (excluding custom built kits/orders). All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned complete with all components that have not been installed or damaged. Missing or damaged components may only receive a partial refund, or no refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cancellations of any order that includes custom products, engine or head builds, will also incur a restocking fee.

Cancelled Order Policy

At D&J Precision Machine, we process orders promptly to ensure efficient fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below:

Cancellation Fee

All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Cancelable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped, customized, or processed for fulfillment cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy above. .

Refund Process

If an order qualifies for cancellation, refunds (minus the 5% fee) will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation and refund have been processed.

Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions to the 5% fee may be granted due to extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
