D&J Precision Machine Engine Limited Warranty

Engine Warranty Coverage: Our limited warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use for 2 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. The Street Performance Series Engines, Performance Series Engines, Predator Engines, and Enforcer 6.7 Cummins Engines have a 90-day warranty period.

Registration: Register your engine within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

Terms and Conditions: This warranty is valid only if:

• The engine is installed by a D&J Precision Machine approved technician.
• Regular maintenance is performed according to our schedule.
• Exclusions apply for misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, neglect, overloading, overheating, fuel system failures, or tuning. D&J Precision Machine only covers workmanship-related errors.
• Proper break-in procedures must be followed as outlined in our documentation.
• If an engine is misdiagnosed by the shop, D&J Precision Machine will not be responsible for any costs associated with the misdiagnosis. The customer and/or shop will be responsible for D&J Precision Machine’s time, materials, and shipping if misdiagnosed.

Claim Process:

1. Contact Us: Report issues to our customer service at 740-297-7223 or warranty@djprecisionmachine.com.
2. Submit Documentation: Provide proof of purchase, registration, maintenance records, and pictures and/or video of the issue. No claims will be approved without photos and/or video documentation.
3. Inspection: Have the engine inspected by an authorized dealer.
4. Estimate: Provide an estimate before any work is performed. If any work is performed before approval from D&J Precision Machine, we will not pay for the work.
5. Approval: Receive written approval or denial of the claim.

Repair or Replacement: Approved claims will result in repair or replacement of defective parts or the engine. Labor costs up to $100 per hour using flat rate, and shipping will be covered for approved claims.

Customer Responsibilities: Maintain your engine according to the provided maintenance schedule and keep detailed records. Maintain proper fluid levels. If an oil or coolant leak causes a more extensive failure, it will not be covered.

Limitations: Our liability is limited to repair or replacement. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Cylinder Head Limited Warranty Coverage: Our cylinder head limited warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Registration: Register your cylinder head within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

Terms and Conditions: This cylinder head warranty is valid only if:

• The cylinder head is installed by a D&J Precision approved technician.
• Exclusions apply for misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, neglect, overloading, overheating, fuel system failures, or tuning. D&J Precision Machine can only cover workmanship-style errors. Cracks of any kind will not be covered.
• If a cylinder head is misdiagnosed by the shop, D&J Precision Machine will not be responsible for any costs associated with the misdiagnosis. The customer and/or shop will be responsible for D&J Precision Machine’s time, materials, and shipping if misdiagnosed.
