The D&J Heavy Hauler Ready Run engine is designed to provide reliable performance for your diesel engine needs. This engine begins with a Heavy Hauler Long Block and adds a range of BD components to prepare it for installation. Including an upgraded Screamer performance turbocharger with two-piece heavy duty manifold, designed to provide increased air flow! The Heavy Hauler engine also includes a high-pressure fuel system, from the CP3 pump to the injectors, while a new water pump and valve cover complete the package. Each engine is meticulously built with precision and care, ensuring quality and peace of mind for those seeking exceptional performance. 

All engines also include the following components:

• Fluidampr harmonic balancer.

• Turbo oil feed line and drain tube.

• New water pump and thermostat.

• New coolant temp sensor.

• New Bosch fuel rail including pressure sensor and relief valve.

• New high pressure fuel lines and injector feed tubes.

• New oil pressure switch/sensor.

• Dipstick and tube
