We have been focused on improving the production process, particularly when it comes to core processing times to keep up with engine production demands. This dedication is paying off, leading to more available parts and shorter lead times, which is great news for you! 

Sending in your personal core will not reduce the cost and we strongly advise against requesting your original core back due to the logistical headaches it creates. It's all about efficiency and providing you with the best performance products on the diesel market.

New Engine Packages

The most exciting news is the launch of the "Ready Run" engine packages, a new collaboration with BD and Burnout Brands. This isn't just any engine though… as the name states… Well, it's ready to run and there are currently four different packages available. The Ready Run Reman Engine is designed to provide reliable and efficient performance for your diesel engine needs. This engine starts with the Precision Plus Reman Long Block and adds a host of BD components to prepare it for installation. Including a complete high pressure fuel system, from the CP3 pump all the way to the injectors, as well as a turbo and manifold! A new water pump, valve cover, and killer grid kit (for 6.7L engines only) complete the package. Each engine is meticulously built with precision and care, ensuring quality and peace of mind for those seeking exceptional performance. Our goal is to minimize downtime and risk for customers. Plus, this package comes with a one stop customer service experience between D&J and BD for seamless support

A new department to benefit Racers

We are creating a brand new department exclusively for the racing community. This dedicated department aims to deliver faster turnaround times for race engine refreshes and new builds, offering focused resources and even overtime options for those urgent needs outside of traditional business hours. 

Performance engines can significantly disrupt the production schedule for standard engines. By creating this specialized department, we can better manage the business that comes from our racing community, ensuring these customers receive the priority and attention they deserve. This will also be crucial for research, development and building new products.
