Key Features:

• Abrasive Flow Honing Technology: The nozzles are enlarged using advanced abrasive flow honing technology.
• Hydraulic Flow Matching: Injectors are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%.
• Quality Control: Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector.
• In-House Equipment: All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy.
• Precision Testing: Every 60% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. No shortcuts are taken.
• Bosch Remanufactured: All reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch, with all moving parts and wear surfaces replaced. Very few parts are reused. These reman injectors have demonstrated reliable performance over years of experience.
• Injector Seal Kit Included: Copper gaskets and O-rings included.

• Tuning Required: Tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability.
• Core Charge: $150.00 each / Pending 30-day return policy.
• Core Return Policy: Exergy requires all cores to be returned within 30 days from the original purchase of the product. Failure to return the cores within 30 days will result in a full charge for the cores ($150 per injector). Cores with missing and/or damaged components will not receive credit. To avoid this, please package your cores well in an organized fashion with the Injector Process Form inserted (see examples and find the Injector Process Form on the shipping and returns page).
