Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Fill out this brief form and an authorization number will be generated and emailed to you.
Once you receive an order, you have 10 days to inspect the product for any damage or any ‘missing’ components. After 10 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged components and shipping. We offer a 30 day Return Policy on product (excluding custom built kits/orders). All product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned complete with all components that have not been installed or damaged. Missing or damaged components may only receive a partial refund, or no refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cancellations of any order that includes custom products, engine or head builds, will also incur a restocking fee.
